Project Summary

To reduce injuries, illnesses, and fatalities in Latino small businesses by providing enhanced Spanish-language safety and health training to Latino Spanish-speaking business owners and employees in the Construction industry.  The information will focus both on increasing awareness, knowledge and skills in identifying and mitigating hazards in the workplace and on transferring safety training from the learning environment to the jobsite resulting in an observable improvement in safety.
