Project Summary

The project will produce eight pre-planned transitional jobs systems. Four Stay at Work Systems (SAWS) for similar employers in a retro group, The Farm Bureau, and four SAWS for a labor union, IBEW. The Stay at Work System is organized into a structured, progressively difficult order of job descriptions to form an on-the-job work hardening program. It also lists pre-researched tools or jobsite modifications needed to perform the transitional jobs.
