To develop a safety program to assist employers as how to best utilize their skilled workers in the 55+ age group, raise employer awareness, identify tools to help improve safety best practices and injury prevention within the season workforce. To provide employees with an easy to follow webinar/video and worksheets to assist them with better sense of how they can work safer by understanding how their physical capabilities change as they age.
