Project Summary

Dental hygienists have a high prevalence of costly and potentially disabling work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSDs), which are associated with repetitive hand-intensive work.  Interventions exist to help reduce exposure to repetitive hand exertions. The purpose of this proposed project is to develop three educational modules aimed at reducing exposure to repetitive hand exertions, and to evaluate the effectiveness of these modules with dental hygienists
