Develop and produce training materials in a bi-lingual English/Spanish Communication Tool Book designed specifically for the construction industry. This book includes useful phrases and construction terminology to facilitate communication on the construction site between foremen and supervisors with their English and Hispanic workers. Book is augmented by classroom training for foremen and supervisors on effective communication styles.
