Project Summary
Develop, test, and deliver Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training applicable to the construction trades, initially focusing on Laborers and Carpenters, which empowers workers to use PPE. Design PPE training in Spanish and English, which delivers information on injury and illness data and impact to quality of life which focuses culturally using intrinsic motivators of family, and community rather than compliance.
