Project Summary
Measurably create a stronger safety culture in 24 companies throughout the state of Washington by providing their employees with classes on Active Safety Leadership and Conflict Resolution, as well as help them in creating Action Plans and Personal Plans to create a stronger safety culture. A stronger safety culture will be reflected by improved scores on an employee perception survey as well as a reduction in injury rates.
