Project summary
Identify and remediate limitations to employer and employee utilization of Early Return to Work program benefits in healthcare settings by
- survey and analysis of perceived barriers among employers and employees,
- development and implementation of innovative ERTW training during new employee orientation to acculturate employees and supervisors from the point of initial employment,
- provision of a healthcare organization specific ERTW task analysis toolkit, and
- measurement of pre and post program opinion and participation levels.
