Identify and remediate limitations to employer and employee utilization of Early Return to Work program benefits in healthcare settings by

  1. survey and analysis of perceived barriers among employers and employees,
  2. development and implementation of innovative ERTW training during new employee orientation to acculturate employees and supervisors from the point of initial employment,
  3. provision of a healthcare organization specific ERTW task analysis toolkit, and
  4. measurement of pre and post program opinion and participation levels.
