Project Summary
The goal of the ProSafety project is to improve knowledge, impact behaviors, and ultimately reduce the number of occupational injuries incurred by young restaurant workers. The project will develop a curriculum that focuses specifically on safety issues for the young restaurant worker and implement the curriculum as a component of the already successful ProStart program.
