Project Summary
The HFAAP project will create online and in-person curriculum for WA state employers to train entry-level workers in basic workplace safety using a human factors approach to learning. Interactive modules in fall prevention, materials handling, and workplace violence will be created and training delivered to 25 manufacturing business representatives as well as 250 entry level workers. It will also result in a resource website allowing free dissemination of training materials including best practices and evaluation results to the broader community of prospective users.
