We will conduct a thorough needs assessment that will fill critical knowledge gaps and inform the design of effective interventions aimed at preventing and mitigating Emergency Department Work Place Violence.
The proposed project will fill critical knowledge gaps, thus enabling the development of highly effective interventions that prevent and mitigate healthcare Work Place Violence.
